Over a year ago, I posted the following on my old blog. I never did follow it up with similar blog posts about other people, but my intention is to restart that writing project on this new blog. Since the whole point was to draw attention to overlooked historical figures, it only seems fair to start by re-posting my old write-up about Osbourn Dorsey.
